Carolina is a highly experienced digital marketing and PR specialist with more than seven years of international experience in her field.

With her academic background in English and Hispanic philology, along with her master's degrees in Corporate Communication, Events and Protocol, and Marketing and Sales Management, specializing in social media, she has developed a comprehensive skill set in the marketing industry.

Throughout her career, she has worked with international companies such as Cisco, Vueling, Essity, and Ogilvy, as well as start-ups, gaining valuable insights into multiple sectors, including luxury. Her extensive experience led her to establish her own project.

With her multicultural background and experience working with clients from Monaco, USA, France, Ireland, UK, Brussels, and Spain, Carolina is well-equipped to provide comprehensive marketing solutions to clients from diverse industries.

Manuel Salazar | Co-Founder

M. Manuel Salazar is an artist with more than 35 years of experience internationally. He moved to Berlin, Germany when he was 18 and it was then that he gained international recognition.

He’s been a volunteer of Fight Aids Monaco for more than 20 years and always compromised with the LGTBIQ+ cause.

Thanks to his implication within the Monaco principality, he was decorated by S.A.S. le Prince Albert II in the presence of S.A.S. la Princesse Stéphanie.

Throughout her journey, she has held positions of significant responsibility, serving as Operations Manager at the Bulgari Flagship Store for 3 years and also taking on the role of Operations Manager at the Hermès Flagship Store for 4 years. Since 2007, Natalia has been an integral part of the industry, working as a Sales & Service Support Manager.
